Free Financial Seminar
"Building a Strong Financial Foundation"
with Edward Jones Financial Advisor, Jana Thielges

Getting started with investing can be overwhelming when you don't
have help - the kind of help you will find at this free seminar. This
easy-to-understand program will help you make sense of investing.
In about an hour you will learn some basic saving strategies to
help you reach your goal.

No pre-registration required.


The Wellness Education staff is available to assist students with concerns related to nutrition, fitness, health and wellness.Wellness Education is provided through one-on-one sessions, group sessions, classroom presentations, booths, the annual Health Fair, and written and on-line materials.

A full-time Health Educator will meet with students on a wide variety of topics from general health and wellness, to concerns about contraception, HIV and STIs. Our registered dietitian can meet one-on-one or with groups to discuss nutrition, diets, weight-loss issues and other topics. A certified massage therapist is available three days a week for $35/hour to NDSU students, and a member of the NDSU Counselling Center staff is on hand on Wednesdays to meet with students.

Most Wellness Education services are free to NDSU students. Reasonable fees may be charged for special programming opportunities.

The Wellness Education services and programs support the Seven Dimensions of Wellness.

The NDSU Counseling Center offers workshops on a variety of topics related to health and wellness.
