The information is in downloadable Excel files. Each listing provides detailed contact information for the facilities - Agency, Address, Phone, Contact Information, Hours of Operation, etc. Please note that these maps do not display all the facilities due to address matching inconsistencies (e.g., rural routes, post office boxes, abbreviated addresses, lack of street addresses, and multiple names for streets or highways). In this initial stage (see Stage I), information for all facilities can be found in the Excel files but roughly half of the identified facilities are displayed on the map. The mapping will be improved in future stages of this project.
