This map depicts services available to seniors in Nelson County, ND. Please click on the individual categories listed on the left to get the specific listings of facilities. The information is in downloadable Excel files. Each listing provides detailed contact information for the facilities - Agency, Address, Phone, Contact Information, Hours of Operation, etc. Please note that this page does not display all the facilities that are listed due to address matching inconsistencies (e.g., rural routes, post office boxes, abbreviated addresses, lack of street addresses, and multiple names for streets or highways). In this initial stage (see Stage I), information for all facilities can be found in the Excel files but roughly half of the identified facilities are displayed on the map.
