Unit 3-Impact of Social, Economic, and Demographic Change on the Rural Church

For many of us, change has become a way of life. We welcome some of the changes we have experienced. Other changes we are reluctant to accept. Some changes occur far too quickly; they unsettle us. Change impacts our own lives, and it impacts the lives of our church members. In this unit, we explore how the changes taking place in our communities are affecting our churches. We will review the relationships between demographic, social, and economic change and the rural church.
