SECTION 802: State Supported Agreements

When a sponsored agreement is received from a non-federal entity, Sponsored Programs Administriaon will make a determination about the actual source of the funding provided by the entity. If the entity is using federal money to support the project, the University must account for the funds as if they were federal funds. Thus, the institution must adhere to all federal guidelines and restrictions of the federal agency supporting the project.HISTORY: July 1990; Amended April 1992. August 2007, October 2009
