Dr. Tika Adhikari

Assistant Professor

Dr. Adhikari received his Ph.D. degree in Plant Pathology from the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), and University of the Philippines at Los Banos (UPLB), Philippines. His research programs are focused on fungal leaf spot diseases of wheat with major emphasis on epidemiology, population biology, and genetics and genomics of disease resistance. In addition, his collaborative research projects are involved on host plant resistance, population biology, and epidemiology of Fusarium Head Blight (FHB). Dr. Adhikari is assisted in his project by Dr. Shaukat Ali.
