(Senior '04-05'): Set school records in the 300(34.21) and 1,600 meter relay (3:10.24) during the indoor season. Ran 3rd leg of runner-up and school record setting 800 meter relay(1:24.01) at the Drake Relays. Won the 400(47.79) at the Miami Hurricane Invite. Placed 3rd in the 400(47.30) at the Arlington Invite... Finished 8th at the D1 Independent Championships in the 400(1:02.49)
(Junior '03-04'): Earned All-America honors with a 6th place finish in the 60(6.83) at the NCAA nationals. Ran a 6.74 in that prelim which was the 22nd fastest time in the US... Ran second leg of 4th place1,600-meter relay team at the NCAA championships..Ran the 3rd leg of winning and school record-setting 800 meter relay(1:24.21) at the Drake relays. Ran a school record 46.69 while winning the 400 at the outdoor NCC meet... Gathered two more All-America honors with a 6th place finish in the 400-meter relay and a 2nd place finish in the 1,600 relay... Competed at the Northern Iowa Olympic Trials Qualifier and placed 5th in the 400 in 46.91...
(Sophmore '02-03'): NCC champion in the 60(6.79) and 200(21.44)... Anchored the league champion 1,600 relay that clocked 3:16.86... Advanced to the NCAAs in the 60 meters but was slowed by injury clocking 8.30 in the prelims... Part of the school record-setting 1,600 relay at the Drake Relays 3:09.25... NCC runner-up in the outdoor 100(10.53) and 200(21.35)... Ran the second leg of the 400 relay that won the NCC title in 40.95. Ran 2nd leg of the 2nd place 1,600 meter relay(3:09.80) at the NCAA meet to earn All-American honors...
(Freshman '01-02'): Clocked 6.28 in the 55 meter dash at the Bison Classic which was the 15th fastest time in the world... Won NCC titles in both the 60(6.78) and 200(21.63) meters... Anchored the NCC champion 1,600-meter relay team that finished 5th in the NCAA nationals with a time of 3:14.81, earning All-America honors... Named NCC and North Central Regional Indoor Athlete of the Year... Anchored winning 1,600 meter relay at the Drake Relays... Competed in the NCAA nationals in both the 100(10.44) and 200(21.42).Anchored the 4th place 1,600 meter relay team to earn All-American honors... Competed at the USA Junior National Championships placing 10th in the 100(10.60) and 7th in the 200(22.27) earning Junior All-American honors... College Football: Played wide receiver/Kick returner for the Bison. Was honorable mention to NCC team as a freshman. Finished career #4 all-time in receptions(98) and #5 all-time in career receiving yards(1,508).
High School: Prepped at Milwaukee Vincent High where he won state championships in the 200(21.80) and 400(48.49) meters and was a seven-time City Conference champion... Won the 200 at the National Youth Indoor Championships in 2001 with a time of 22.61... 2nd leg of the 3rd place 4x1(41.02) team at 2001 National Junior Olympics... Sixth in the 1999 National Junior Olympics in the 200(22.37)... Two-time 55-meter indoor state champion where he had the third fastest prep time in the nation in 2001 with a 6.33 clocking... Current Status
Stevie has just finished his fourth year as assistant track coach for North Dakota State University. The 2000-2002 seasons, Keller was the graduate assistant coach and in 2003 was hired on as a full-time assistant coach in charge of the multi-events, pole vault and the javelin. Stevie received his bachelor's degree from Montana State in 1999 in Health Enhancement.
