Jafar Mohaghegh
Iranian Research Institute of
Plant Protection

I am a research entomologist in the Department of Agricultural Entomology at the "Iranian Research Institute of Plant Protection". My research mainly focuses on biology and ecology of economically important pentatomids. I am also interested in the systematics of Asopinae and the genus Eurygaster in the region.

Current Projects:

1) Biology, rearing, and biocontrol potential of Andrallus spinidens
2) Biology and ecology of the false chinch bug, Nysius cymoides, in canola fields
