Dr. Nils Møller Andersen: Born November 21, 1940; died May 12, 2004 Danish heteropterist, Zoological Museum, University of Copenhagen, well known for his research on Gerridae and other Gerromorpha, and his benchmark book, "The Semiaquatic Bugs." Froeschner: Born March 8, 1916; died May 2, 2002. American heteropterist, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C., best known for his work on the systematics of Cydnidae, Tingidae, and important catalogs. Antti Jansson: Born 1940; died July 16, 2002. Finnish heteropterist, Zoological Museum, University of Helsinki, best known for his work on the systematics of Corixidae.
