Joycelyn Lucke, Technology Transfer Assistant
Joycelyn Lucke joined the NDSU Technology Transfer Office in February, 2006. Joycelyn handles a number of agreements for the office, including Material Transfer, Confidentiality, Licensing, and Plant Patent and Trademark. She works closely with NDSU departments.
Joycelyn received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University and graduated from UND's School of Law. She previously worked as a Special Assistant States Attorney for Grand Forks County and in the private practice of law for a number of years. Most recently she had been working as an Account Executive with Great Northern Financial Group, Coon Rapids, MN.
