Teaching Interests

As a faculty member at NDSU, I teach undergraduate and graduate courses and direct student research.

My main teaching interests are in the area of physiology and endocrinology. I have taught courses in general biology, animal physiology, cell physiology, physiological ecology, endocrinology, and endocrine/neuroendocrine systems.

In my classes I encourage an interactive environment for learning up-to-date information. I believe that student learning is enhanced by research experience and I have endeavored to involve numerous undergraduates in my research program.
