My research deals with problems at the intersection of analytic number theory, classical Fourier analysis, and approximation problems on the real line. In the last year I have worked on Beurling's problem of extremal majorants.
Here is my research page with preprints, thesis and research statement.
I graduated from the University of Illinois. Afterwards I did a two-year postdoc at UBC and SFU in Vancouver, BC before I came to Fargo. In the last six years I have taught different classes at the undergraduate level. This term I teach Calculus II and a class about the History of Mathematics.
Here is my teaching page with an overview of the classes that I have taught.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing and listening to music.
