[ Whisper 175 Home ]

This turbine was installed to replace the ailing Whisper H4500 which has been out of production for many years.  It was installed on 04-20-2002 to meet our electrical needs in an off-grid installation. In addition to this turbine, we have 480 watts of Kyocera PV, which has performed wonderfully during these many years.  This turbine is connected to a stacked pair of Trace SW 4024 inverters and attached to 12 L-16 batteries connected in series/parallel for 24 Volts.
