had with the Whisper H4500 turbine we purchased in 1996.

The manufacturer modified the turbine to the Whisper 4500

from the H4500, removing 1 blade from the machine and making

it a 2-bladed machine.  The manufacturer discontinued the turbine

in 1999, after many trials and tribulations.  

Our experience is hopefully something nobody would ever have to repeat.
