Getting on the same page: reviewing your portfolio and developing a plan for revision. 

Global revision and local revision explained.

No class meeting: conferences will be scheduled to review your work and set your revision plan.

Reflection and goals letter discussed and drafted. This document is worth 100 points and is part of the portfolio.

Bring the work you have done during the semester to class.

This class period will focus on proofreading and editing—you should be close to finished with your revisions.

Taking care of any final details. If you are done with your portfolio before this class, you do not need to attend. If you are done with your portfolio before this class, an early submission will get you the 10 attendance points.

Exam

9:00 - 9:30 am
Monday Dec. 16th
BBFH 110 (the usual place).

 

 

 

NB : each class period will be worth 10 points—attend and you collect. This incentive makes up for 50 participation points that fell by the way in Unit 2. The final exam meeting will be worth 20 points--the participation value for Unit 3. I will return your portfolios at the final exam meeting, and ask you to give me some feeback beyond the student rating of instruction.
