Graduate Research Assistantship is available immediately for a PhD student in the Department of Plant Pathology at North Dakota State University.

The project associated with the position focuses on investigating disease development and host-pathogen interaction in leguminous species using a combination of molecular and conventional plant pathology techniques. The incumbent will be exposed to a wide array of genomic techniques and have an opportunity to obtain training in both basic and applied research. The Graduate assistant will be expected to meet departmental and university requirements (http://www.ndsu.edu/gradschool/bulletin/d_plantpath.html) for enrollment in the PhD program

A stipend and full tuition waiver will be offered to the selected candidate.
