Today the band spent more time in the bus as we took a trip to Deadwood SD. After spending some time there, we had a joint concert with some of the Rapid City Central High School small groups. We then went to Spearfish, where we lost the van on the way to Dickinson. The NDSU sax quartet (Jeremy Marquardt, Rena Kuch, Jenn Braus, and Brian Wittkop) joined us in the evening. The Gold Star Band is now in full strength.
