Web Postcards

Share your success with family and friends! Send an electronic postcard to your family and friends so they can celebrate with you. The NDSU Alumni Association offers free web postcards to students and alumni. Simply choose your greeting, customize your message, and insert an e-mail address. Click here to send a postcard. Congratulations graduate!

Commencement Attire (Cap, Gown, Tassel, Hood)

Gown and mortarboard cap are required academic apparel and are available for purchase from the NDSU Bookstore. Contact the Bookstore at 701-231-7761 or 800-428-8309, or visit the NDSU Bookstore web site for more information.

If You are Unable to Attend

If you are not attending the ceremony, you may request a diploma cover by contacting the Office of Registration and Records, Ceres Hall 110 (701-231-7981 or 800-608-6378).

Academic Record, Transcript, and Diploma

• Degrees will be posted to transcripts by January 9, 2009.
  
  
• Transcripts may be requested through the transcript request option in Campus Connection (directions found on the Campus Connection Help Pages) or through the National Student Clearinghouse.
  
  
• Two complimentary sealed NDSU transcripts will be mailed with your diploma.
  
  
• Diplomas are mailed 4-6 weeks following the close of the academic session in which graduation requirements have been completed. Your diploma will be mailed to your "Home" address indicated in Campus Connection. You can review or update this address through Campus Connection (select Student Center in navigation menu).
