Goal: To convert the
cluster in library room 14 entirely to PC computers and yet provide access to
some Mac computers in the library.
1) We recommend that CITPG
request that ITS provide computers, software and support for approximately six
Mac computers in the library in a location separate from rooms 14 A, B, and C.
2) We recommend that CITPG
request that the library allocate appropriate space to accommodate these Mac
computers.
3) Contingent upon the
acceptance of items 1 and 2, we further recommend that CITPG request ITS to
convert the library basement cluster (14 A, B, C) entirely to PC computers.
Meeting adjourned at 3:24 p.m.
