Applied Biosystems Real-time PCR

RT-PCR etiquette:

1) Although run times for the RT-PCR will vary please allow ample time for your run.
2) If the RT-PCR is still in use please contact the Laboratory Technician or Laboratory
Manager. Do not stop another user's run, unless the run has completed.
3) Once a run is completed press the save button to ensure the data has been saved.

Hopefully these guidelines will prevent any loss of data and allow for adequate planning
and completion of your run.

Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer

These runs take approximately thirty minutes for the run depending on the chip. The preparation time
is approximately thirty minutes to an hour.
