The February 2, 2004 SHRA meeting was held at the MSUM campus.  Donette Peterson from Terra Marc was the guest speaker about performance appraisals.  Terra Marc is a company that produces outdoor power equipment.  Donette talked about how they do performance appraisals there and how they are done in other companies.  She also talked about the things that employers should not do in appraisals.

Business discussed was volunteer work and fundraising.  There is a Walk For Life held at Concordia, but we are still short one person.  If anyone is interested let Caroline know.  If anyone does have any ideas for volunteer work or fundraising let us know!

The March SHRA meeting will be held at NDSU.
