The NDSU Human Resource Association is a professional, student organization nationally affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and locally affiliated with the Fargo-Moorhead HR Association. Our group is dedicated to developing a better understanding of the aspects of Human Resource Management including: Employment Law, Recruitment, Selection, Training, Compensation, Performance Appraisal, and Labor Relations. One of the main goals of the organization is to enhance the professional development of each member and to keep students up to date on new developments in the field of Human Resource Management.
