It is a good opportunity to show off your talent…. become famous…. and to win cash prizes!!!

The NDSU Department of Biological Sciences organized the first photography contest in 2006 and it got off with a bang – we received more than 150 photo entries from nearly 50 people!

 We are now accepting entries for the 2nd annual photography competition – 2008 “Through the eyes of a biologist….” The contest is open to any student in the Department of Biological Sciences as well as faculty, staff and alumni.
 

Categories for the 2008 competition are:

      • 1. Plants and Fungi
      • 2. Animals
      • 3. Molecules to Mars (all things small and great)
      • 4. Scenes of North Dakota

First place winners in each category will receive a prize of $50

(and be famous!)
