Mr. Kratky is a registered Architect with over 30 years of professional experience in all areas of project design, construction, and management. He serves as Principal-In-Charge of Architectural Services for Lightowler Johnson Associates and is responsible for overall management of all the firm’s architectural work.
Mr. Kratky has served as Principal Architect on numerous projects for federal, state and local government agencies. He has considerable experience with new construction projects. His experience also includes the preparation of accurate cost estimates.
Mr. Kratky has extensive experience with the planning, design and construction of community centers, recreational and sports facilities, aquatics facilities, and the associated support structures.
Mr. Kratky is knowledgeable of all current handicapped accessibility standards, energy conservation alternatives, fire and life safety concerns and building code requirements.
