For your spreadsheet assignment you are to complete Excel Additional Case 4 – Analyzing Product Mix for Stardust Telescopes in your Microsoft Office 2003 book. The additional Excel cases are located after the Excel tutorial pages and before the Excel appendices.

The tasks necessary to complete this case are very detailed and should not require any additional instructions. If you have any questions please let me know.

The only modifications that I will make to the assignment as it is listed in the text are:

- you will not be turning in any printouts. Unless you want to work on your printing skills it is not necessary to print anything out while doing this assignment.

- be sure to format your spreadsheet so that users will be prevented from corrupting the integrity of the spreadsheet.

Terms of the assignment:

- This is an individual project.

- You will turn in your Excel spreadsheet file.

- Your Excel file must be named using the filename conventions explained in class.

- The assignment prefix is ss1

- Your spreadsheet file must be sent to me as an email attachment.

- The subject line on the email message must be: ss1 submission

- The assignment is due by the end of the day, Thursday, January 20^th.

- A 10% late penalty will be applied for each day the assignment is late.
