For this course, several papers as well as other literature sources were explored. Many of these papers focus on the application of knowledge management in general and, in particular, on the application of knowledge management for help desk support (rather than theories of implementation). An anotated bibliography of collected knowledge management resources was prepared and is available below. This is the work of MBA Graduate Student Christy Lofgren .
