Food Sanitation Certification The Food Safety Manager Certification Training is an on-line food manager's certification training recognized by the American Hotel and Lodging Association, American culinary Federation and the American Dietetic Association. Principles of safe food handling practices is designed for food service operators. It includes a Food Safety Manager's Certification after successful completion of a national examination. This class, HNES 141 - Food Sanitation, is offered spring semester each year. |
