Major accomplishments:

  • Wrote and implemented one-week cycle menu for patients to decrease food and
    labor costs, and inventory, while increasing patient satisfaction, to 97%.
  • Chair, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization's (JCAHO), Care of Patients (TX) Committee.
  • Consolidated two kitchens into one.
  • Initiated Nutrition Hostess and Spoken Menu program, the first hospital in North Dakota to do so.
