Course Description: Random variables; discrete and continuous probability distributions; joint, marginal, and conditional probability density functions and expectations; transformations of random variables; limiting distributions; properties of estimators; and statistical inference.
Course Objective: To prepare students for Exam P of the SOA (same as Exam 1 of CAS).
Grading Policy:  Your grade will be based on participation and attendance.
