Students will form into or will be assigned to groups. Each group will be responsible for presenting cases in class. Each member of the group will be awarded up to 20 cumulative points for satisfactorily being prepared for each assigned case. Failure to be prepared will result in a loss of points for every member of the group.  Additionally each group will prepare a paper worth up to 100 points for each member of the group, wherein they will put together a start-up company and deal with legal issues presented to them by the instructor (see page 2 ).

The following pages will be updated as necessary as we go through the semester:

Students will grade each other on their efforts, A=100% or 30 pts, B=89%, C=79%, D=69%, F=59%. The grades a student receives from the other members of the group will be averaged to determine the final points a student receives.
