The following activities will be accomplished via the FIEL every year for the period of three years: 

• Monthly pedagogical luncheon meetings open to all NDSU faculty
• Faculty Workshops on NDSU campus for at least twenty-five fellows of the FIEL
• Summer support for twenty fellows (up to $1,000)
• A week long training on PBL for five fellows
• Summer support for course development for the five fellows (up to $5,000)
• Student salary support for implementing NGIC strategies
