Summary of Class Presentation of March 3, 1999

	We moved on to design metrics.  These metrics attempt to do 
three things:
	a.  evaluate the quality and completeness of the design;
	b.  predict the amount of effort and likelihood of success 
		required for the rest of implementation;
	c.  provide guidance for how to assign available resources and 
		personnel for the rest of the development effort.
	We looked specifically at the metrics of Card and Glass, and those 
of Fenton.
