Summary of January 20 Presentation We started on black box testing. Pages 470 - 475 in the textbook were covered. We started with a generalization of the flow graph to something similar to an ERD. Testing then tries to exercise each of the relationships in this graph. Several behavioral testing methods were discussed briefly, including: transaction flow modeling finite state modeling data flow modeling timing modeling. Finally, one of the most common black box testing methods: equivalence partititoning was presented.
