PROBLEM: describe and evaluate a groupwork tool

Find a groupwork tool.  Describe what the tool is and what it does.
Then evaluate strengths and weakness of the tool.  Then describe audiences
that would be appropriate for the tool and audiences for which the tool would
be inappropriate.  For both the appropriate and inappropriate groups you
to identify the strengths and weakness of the tool for that group.

Be sure to include traditional audience and exceptional audiences for the
tool.  That is you are to find at least one good use for the tool
not expected by the developer.

At the end of the paper you need to include a bibliography of sources
used.  This is to include paper sources, Web sources and people talked to.

Grading is based on completeness, appropriateness of points and clarity of
writeup.  

EXAMPLE GROUPWORK TOOLS: Lotus Notes, the MBone suite, Netscape 
Communicator Conference.
