The overview for 2006.
The overall structure
Each of the course's offered has a possibility of leaving a course to be evaluated. The full course packet is way to big to evaluate. So we will go with one package for selected courses. The list of courses is scanned for candidate courses. The candidate courses are listed with the outcomes for that course.
All course are listed with a form. The candidate course are listed with the outcomes for that course. All the candidate courses are listed on the form with at least one outcome.
The individual course
For each individual course a form is turned in. For the candidate course the form has listed what will be done. This can be any of the assignments. The instructor will collect the stated material. Normally, it will be a single assignment.
The assessment committee will meet for each class. This will involve picking one of the scores for each statement and picking a evaluation metric for each score. The assessment committee will meet and produce a score for each evaluation.
For each
For each course that is being evaluated, there will be a score posted. This score will show the effect of the one feature being measured. This score will be the result of 2 or more evaluations. That is, 2 or more people will evaluate the course material and then combine their scores.
