To download - create a temp directory and save the file(s) to that directory.
SAP and RANDX are self extracting files that will create subdirectories and place
icons on the desktop. RANDX is to randomize experiments, SAP is a data analysis package
and WEED is to setup chemical experiments. The common file used by the sugarbeet project
is included in the setup of WEED.
