Notes on Tow 9/21 P-16w

Orignially identified as a Dictyosphaerium, in liquid culture this isolate looks more like a Botryococcus.

This may be a Botryosphaera sp. (Hindak 1984).  18S sequence places it in the Trebouxiophyceae.
