culture started 10/15/01

Small elongate coccoid. May not be autosporic. looks like it divides and either

two autospores are produced and the wall very quickly disappears or division is

"normal".   This culture is similar to Itas 9/21 14-9w and Itas 9/21 S-9w, as well

as several other North Deming Pond plankton isolates and may be a Choricystis sp.
