Spherical coccoid with multiple plastids in larger cells.  Old cells have orange body.
Probably a eustigmatophyte.  Reproduction not observed.

Large, thin walled coccoid.  Mostly spherical, but some cells distorted by the prominent vacuole.  Occasionally two vacuoles.  Plastid usually a short, thick, twisted band.  No pyrenoid seen.   Division observed, with autosporulation.  Two autospores.  Thylakoid stacks visible.

Large coccoid with multiple plastids.  Aggregates into masses.  Many refractile bodies in cells, moving very rapidly making photographing difficult.  Cell walls seem to thicken as the cell nears autosporulation.  At sporulation, the thickened wall breaks in one place and the numerous autospores must exit the old wall.  Numerous old thick mother cell walls seen.  These old walls have a "hairy"  surface, which could be bacteria.  This isolate may be a eustig.

eustigmatophyte? Agar identification looked like a eustig; Liquid culture looks a bit like a chlamy, but chloroplast is different and refractile granules present.
