culture started 11/28, WH liquid

Eliptical cells that appear to divide perpendicular to the long axis to form sphaerical autospores
Occassionaly autospores stay attached to form a very short chain of cells (3-4 cells)
 Very little cellular detail.  Sequence analysis of rbcL indicates that this is a Choricystis sp.

18S has not amplified yet.  Looks like Itas 9/21 25-6w and numerous isolates from North Deming Pond.
