Culture started 1/20/02, Slow growing culture.

Ovoid to spherical cells, very small with thin parietal plastid without pyrenoid.

Large lipid droplet common. Autosporulation not observed, but some remnants of

mother cell wall still attached to some cells. In a few cases, these joined cells

into a loose colony similar to Pseudodictyosphaerium.
