FIGURES & ILLUSTRATIONS
FOR USE IN CLASS:
The files presented below consist of the figures, photos, and other
illustration materials that will be used to discuss and explain topics
during lecture. Some of these figures are from our textbook but many
are from other sources. I have provided them in the original PowerPoint
file format (as they will be used in class), which allows you to manipulate
pages and or select various portions for printing, and I have also provided
them in PDF format, which has the advantage of a smaller file size.
These figures and illustrations will be of most use to you if you print
them out ahead of time and bring them to class with you. Many of these figures will also be of use
to you in the laboratory, so be sure to bring your notes and other class
materials to lab with you.
