Subject: Club president alert: Centennial Auditions

I hope that you have notified all of your music teachers, Gold cup winners and past scholarship winners about the Centennial Audition opportunity. What an honor to represent North Dakota at the national Centennial celebration in August! Let’s showcase our most outstanding young musicians. Remember, there are three age categories. Talk to your outstanding young people, encourage them to enter. Perhaps your club can assist in the taping and audition expense.

I enclosed the information and application in your November newsletter. I am enclosed another copy with this memo. You may make as many copies as necessary to get the word out.

Club yearbooks

I still have not received senior club yearbooks from Grand Forks, Stanley and Valley City-Jamestown. You need to send 3 copies. If you don’t have yearbooks, please send me a list of your club officers.
