Spatial Scaling Programs

Spatial Scaling Programs

This homepage contains the data and programs used in the following paper: Biondini, M.E. 1996. A non-parametric multivariate method for the analysis of landscape spatial patterns. J.Agr. Biol, and Env. Stat. (under review). Send any comments you have to biondini@plains.nodak.edu

Program List:

One dimension Spatial Analysis Programs

The file Sp_An_1D contains the programs and documentation to implement the 1D statistical methods for the analysis of spatial patterns as a function of grain. The file also contains examples of data inputs and outputs. The file is a self-extracted compressed file. To extract the contents change the file extension from *.bin to *.exe and double click it from the File Manager window. NOTE: Make sure you read the documentation file ( one_dim.txt) before you use the programs.

Two dimension Spatial Analysis Programs

The file Sp_An_2D contains the programs and documentation to implement the 2D statistical methods for the analysis of spatial patterns as a function of grain. The file also contains examples of data inputs and outputs. The file is a self-extracted compressed file. To extract the contents change the file extension from *.bin to *.exe and double click it from the File Manager window. NOTE: Make sure you read the documentation file ( two_dim.txt) before you use the programs.

Data Files

The file Data contains the data, in a lotus spreadsheet format, used in the Biondini, M.E. 1996. Uses of multi-response permutation procedures in the analysis of spatial patterns. J.Agr. Biol, and Env. Stat. (under review). The file is a self-extracted compressed file. To extract the contents change the file extension from *.bin to *.exe and double click it from the File Manager window.

MRPP and MRBP Programs

The file MRPPS contains programs, documentation, and examples for the MRPP and MRBP statistical methods. The file is a self-extracted compressed file. To extract the contents change the file extension from *.bin to *.exe and double click it from the File Manager window. For details about the methods in question see:
