This year we have decided to partner students from the different Universities and collaboratively have them working on collecting photos and contributing their interpretation and insight of France.  So you will begin to see those contributions and authors soon!
Every year in late spring, the Federation of Advanced Schools of Agricultural Engineering, ESA, in France offers a unique, four-week program to foreign undergraduate and graduate students.

The Student's Schedule

  1. Week 1 (la premiere semaine)
    All Students
  2. Week 2 & 3
    Agric/Hort/AgriBusiness
  3. Week 2 & 3
    Viticulture/Gastronomy
  4. Week 4
    Loire Valley,,,

The purpose of the program is to introduce students to the French way of life, France’s role in the European Union and the rich heritage of French culture, while at the same time providing concentrated study in one of six agricultural fields: Horticulture, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Viticulture, Rural Tourism and Food Quality/ Gastronomy.

With some basic instruction in French, but all other classes conducted entirely in English, the program combines lectures, educational field trips, and cultural visits in a wide variety of places.
