States that an individual does or does not have a financial interest in any contract involving the expenditure of public or institutional funds entered into by NDSU.

IRS Exempt Status Memo
The IRS determined in 1964 that NDSU is eligible to receive tax deductible contributions under Internal Revenue Code 170(c)(1). [See memo.] Proof of status may be required as part of a grant application. A copy of the July 2, 1964, IRS determination letter is available upon request if granting agency requires it in addition to the Office of General Counsel's memo.
