Vice President for Agriculture and University Extension : Search

Academic Programs

  • Ph.D. – Students will be educated as independent researchers, providing them with opportunities to become principal investigators of food safety research in various arenas, including business, academia and government.

  • M.S. – This program prepares students for supervisory roles in the food industry, with regulatory agencies or in public health..

  • Graduate Certificate – This program is designed for professionals and others returning to college to augment their food safety skills.

  • B.S. – This program is designed as a primary major or as a secondary major for students in food science, microbiology, dietetics or other fields of study.

  • Minor – This program presents students from a variety of majors with an opportunity to augment their undergraduate education.
