Summary

A new and more deadly strain of small pox has risen to an unprecedented level of pandemic across the world. Michelle, a reclusive scientist looking to cure this new sickness, is placed in quarantine while attempting to travel and present her findings. She struggles in the mandatory quarantine, dealing with the human face of the outbreak she had tried to distance herself from, and an unwilling connection is formed with her cell mate. She recalls the questionable events throughout her life that led her to a quarantine cell and strives to continue her fight against the outbreak.
