Three one-semester positions; one for Spring semester 2008, one for Fall semester, 2008, one for Spring semester 2009. Successful candidates will teach technical theatre and design classes, and will design scenery for one production (Spring '08: for Floyd Collins). Employer Profile NDSU Theatre Arts has 55 undergraduate majors and six full-time faculty members, and offers the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in performance and technical theatre. The department is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre. Little Country Theatre, with its newly renovated facilities, is the producing arm of the department, and typically offers four productions per year. Performance spaces available include a 385-seat proscenium theatre, a 125-seat capacity black box, and a 1,000-seat concert hall for musicals. |
