Parking and Construction Update
Currently the Reineke Fine Arts Center is surrounded by road construction. Twelfth Avenue North is unavailable from 10th Street to 18th Street and runs directly south of our buildings. This will make both driving and walking unpredictable. Please check this page regularly for updates regarding parking and traveling to our productions.
Click here for a campus construction map.
Music Education is building number 46; Askanase is building number 9.
Parking for Askanase Hall (Walsh Studio Theatre/Askanase Auditorium):
The intersection of Albrecht Boulevard and 12th Avenue North is currently closed.
Please park in the "T" lot using the entrances from 11th Avenue North. The closest available spots will be directly behind the Bison Block that houses businesses such as Jitter's Coffee, Jimmy John's, and Sandella's.
Carefully walk across 12th Avenue following the appropriate crossings set up by construction crews. As of October 20, this crossing in currently in front of Jitter's Coffee.
Parking for Music Education (Festival Concert Hall/Beckwith Recital Hall):
The intersection of Bolley Drive and 12th Avenue North is now open. Please park in the "T" lot using the entrances from 11th Avenue North. The closest available spots for crossing 12th Avenue will be on the west side of the lot near the Bolley Drive intersection.
After crossing 12th Avenue North, follow the sidewalks to the west entrace of the Music Education building. The south doors are under construction and unavailable for use.
Another option is to park at the "T2" lot on Bolley Drive. This is a smaller lot and fills quickly, but is directly across from the Music Education building entrance.
Handicap parking is available in the "T2" lot. The west entrance is handicap accessible.
